Why Manufacturing roles are hard to fill
A global manufacturing programme is delivered site by site, across countries, languages, and time zones, on one template every site has to accept. Cutovers are fitted around production schedules and plant shutdowns. With SAP mainstream maintenance for ECC ending in 2027, many manufacturers are moving to S/4HANA over the same period and competing for the same experienced people.
